Our Story

Built by marketers who've lived the agency chaos firsthand.

Fynch was founded in 2024 by a team of marketers and technologists with over 30 years of combined experience across AdTech, growth marketing, retail media, and marketing operations. We didn't set out to build another AI tool. We set out to build the platform we kept wishing existed — one designed around how agencies actually operate, not how engineers assumed they did.

The result is Fynch: a fully white-labeled AI platform that gives agencies the ability to offer clients a bespoke, branded AI solution without building anything from scratch.

Damian brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and performance marketing. His background spans AdTech infrastructure, high-performance systems architecture, and leading performance marketing for major retail and e-commerce brands — giving him a rare perspective on what it actually takes to build marketing technology that holds up at scale.

After founding multiple companies and going deep on AI starting in 2023, Damian leads Fynch's technical architecture and AI model orchestration — ensuring the platform delivers on its promise of finished, reliable output without the prompt engineering overhead.

Malin King

Malin King

Malin has spent his career at the intersection of marketing, technology, and operations — building retail media capabilities, leading lifecycle automation at scale, and owning the martech stacks that make complex marketing programs actually run. He knows firsthand what it looks like when the systems work, and what it costs when they don't.

At Fynch, Malin focuses on the agency experience end-to-end: from how the platform gets deployed under an agency's brand, to how it integrates into the tools and workflows agencies and their clients already rely on.

Katie is a full-stack marketer with 15+ years of experience across B2B, B2C, and SaaS — spanning AdTech, growth marketing, brand strategy, and retail, with deep specialization in food-tech. A two-time recipient of the Top Women in Grocery award, she has built and led high-impact marketing teams focused on personalization at scale, brand building, and lifecycle automation.

At Fynch, Katie shapes the product's marketing intelligence — ensuring the platform reflects the strategic depth and executional rigor that agency work actually demands.
