How it works

Move months of brand training over in under a minute

You've spent weeks teaching another AI how your brand sounds, who your customers are, and what's worked in past campaigns. That context shouldn't disappear because you found a better tool. Fynch can import all of it, so the first email it drafts feels like the hundredth.

Step 1

Export your context

Copy and paste the prompt into a chat with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI tool you've been using. It's written to pull every piece of marketing context — voice, audience, products, and campaigns — in a single response.

Export prompt
I'm switching to a new AI marketing tool and need to export everything you've learned about my business and how I work. List every memory, instruction, and piece of context you have stored about me — preserving my words verbatim wherever possible. Output everything in a single code block so I can copy it in one go.

Make sure you cover all of the following:

- Brand voice and style — tone, vocabulary, phrases I use, words I avoid, formatting preferences, "always do X" / "never do Y" rules I've given you.
- Business basics — what my company does, who my customers are, the products or services I sell, the markets I operate in, and how I position against competitors.
- Audience and ICP — personas, segments, pain points, and any customer language I've shared with you.
- Channels and assets — the marketing channels I use (email, social, blog, paid, etc.), the platforms behind them, and any recurring formats or templates.
- Campaigns and past work — campaigns we've planned or run together, what worked, what flopped, and any drafts or copy I've reused.
- Goals and metrics — the KPIs I care about, current targets, and any numbers I've quoted.
- People and projects — teammates, agencies, freelancers, and recurring projects you should know about.
- Compliance and constraints — claims I can and can't make, regulated language, banned topics, legal disclaimers.
- Anything else stored about me that doesn't fit the categories above.

Format each entry as: [date saved, if available] – memory content. Do not summarize, group, or omit entries. After the code block, confirm whether that is the complete set or whether more remains.
Step 2

Paste it into Fynch

Drop the export into the Assets section of your Fynch workspace. FynchAI reads it, organizes it into your brand profile, audience, and campaign memory, and you're ready to brief your first task. That's it.

Why this matters

A marketing AI is only as good as what it knows about your brand

Generic AI tools forget. They blur your tone, mix up your audiences, and write copy that could belong to anyone. FynchAI is built for marketing, so the context you import doesn't just sit in a memory file. It shapes every email draft, every social post, every campaign brief, the moment you ask.

Your voice, not a generic one.

Fynch turns your imported style rules into a working brand voice profile your team and your AI both pull from.

Audiences that don't bleed together.

Customer segments, personas, and product lines stay separate, so a B2B email never picks up B2C language by accident.

Campaign memory that compounds.

Every campaign you've run — and the ones you import — become reference material the next brief can build on.

Your marketing AI should know your brand from day oneSee what your AI sounds like when it actually knows your business.

Try Fynch on the free plan, import your context when you're ready, and brief your first task in minutes.
